Who is responsible
Traviva is a trading name of Riddell Consulting (Catherine Cotton, sole trader), ABN 39 040 567 926, South Australia. Riddell Consulting is responsible for this site and for any data handled in connection with it. Contact: cathy@traviva.com.
Traviva is a static website. We do not ask for your name, email address or payment details, and we have no accounts, logins or forms.
Analytics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts page views without setting any cookie.
We also use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site — for example which pages are read, how far down a page people scroll, and which links they click. Google Analytics sets its own cookies and is governed by Google’s privacy policy; you can opt out with Google’s browser add-on. We never send it your name, email or anything you type.
Affiliate links
When you click through to a provider, that provider may set a cookie in your browser to credit us with the referral. That cookie belongs to them, not to us, and is governed by their privacy policy. We never receive your personal details from it — only an anonymous record that a sale happened.
Some providers instead track sales through a promo code you enter at their checkout. The provider tells us only that the code was used; no personal data is passed to Traviva.
Your rights
Under the Australian Privacy Act you can ask what personal information an organisation holds about you. We hold no names, emails or contact details; Google Analytics data is held by Google and is not linked to your identity by us.
